U.S. Wind Farming, Inc. has entered into an agreement to develop new wind energy/hydrogen cooperatives in China. U.S. Wind Farming, Inc. has entered into an agreement with the U.S. Global Corporation of Northbrook, Ill. and the Cambridge Energy Group, Ltd., of Northfield, Ill. to develop and own two 100-Megawatt Wind Energy Electricity/Hydrogen Cooperatives in China.
US Wind Farming, Inc. is providing the resources for the initial development of the projects. As a possible adjunct to this agreement, USWF is considering establishing Hydrogen Cooperatives with the existing Gas-Fired Power Plants commissioned by Cambridge Energy in China. USWF will be utilizing its "next generation" Renewable Energy Systems Technology for the China projects.
The U.S. Global Corporation and the Cambridge Energy Group, who have access to some 3,000 megawatts of proposed projects in the American Midwest, are currently in discussions with USWF about other domestic and global projects.
