Vertical Wind Energy are using Agile IP, a London firm of patent attorneys to secure patents for their modular design vertical wind turbine.

With Agile IP we are securing patents for our design and so far have six fully functional turbines in the UK and Ireland . Our company operates in a sector enjoying rapid growth. Competition is fierce and we must be sure our design is properly protected from infringement."
David Fry, on the importance of acting promptly: "The last thing a company like Vertical Wind Energy wants is to be defending themselves against a competitor trying to copy their design. It is more effective and cheaper to seek protection from the outset. Crucially the owner of any IP rights must be agreed at the start to avoid expensive disputes later on."
