Company executives, industry analysts and Wall Street buy-side and sell-side managers will gather in New York this October for the second annual ISCe Satellite Investment Symposium (ISIS) NYC '07 to share their insights and predictions about the financial strength and future growth of the satellite business. Hannover Fairs USA, Inc., sponsor of the event and organizer of the annual ISCe satellite conference and exhibition, is arranging this top-level program for the one-day meeting. ISIS NYC '07 will be held Tuesday, October 9, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Princeton Club in midtown Manhattan in New York.

Topics to be discussed at ISIS NYC '07 include the availability and cost of capital for satellite replenishment; the growing climate for increased investment in mobile satellite services (MSS) systems; the financial impact upon satellite operators globally for bandwidth; and the increasing consolidation throughout all segments of the commercial satellite business.

"We're moving into a time of renewed consolidation across the depth and breadth of the satellite business globally which could cause investors to reevaluate how they invest in this sector," said David Bross, ISIS NYC '07 conference chairman. "This symposium will be an ideal setting to hear what key players in the industry are thinking and what predictions they might be making for the remainder of this year and even further in the future."

The ISIS NYC '07 program will include a number of panel sessions featuring CEOs of satellite companies, equipment providers and integrators; Wall Street analysts who follow all facets of the satellite communications industry; and investors and fund managers who provide capital to the industry.

"With the industry requiring billions of dollars in new investment during the next several years, it is more important than ever that the satellite industry work in unison with the financial community and the providers of capital to ensure a successful future," Bross added.
