The U.S. Naval Warfare Center Weapons Division has given Jacobs Engineering Group a five-year $427 million contract for T4S services.

Under the award, Jacobs will provide test and evaluation, training threat and target systems for warfighter training and debriefing systems.

The work will include helping the command in efforts to research, develop, deliver, sustain and upgrade its threat systems; range instrumentation equipment; range command and control equipment; data routing, storage and display equipment.

It will also provide software for pre-deployment aircrew warfighter training and weapons systems test and evaluation.

"We're proud to continue our longstanding work with the Navy," said Jacobs Senior Vice President of Aerospace and Technology Darren Kraabel. "Jacobs has provided combat environment simulation support for the Navy and Department of Defense test and evaluation and training for more than 14 years through consecutive contract awards.

"With this new contract, Jacobs continues to provide systems engineering services to determine and deliver components for complex simulated combat environments in support of combat training systems."
