
Kurdish rebels blamed for Turkish-Iraqi pipeline blast
Diyarbakir, Turkey (AFP) July 4, 2010 - Kurdish rebels waging a 26-year insurgency were suspected of being behind a blast in southeastern Turkey that hit a pipeline carrying oil from Iraq, a local security source said Sunday.
