Gryphon Technologies announced that it has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Navy to provide engineering and technical services for the Naval Sea Systems Command¿s (NAVSEA¿s) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). The estimated value of this contract, if all options are exercised, is $37.5 million over five years.
This contract was awarded based on a best value determination and requires Gryphon to provide NSWC PHD¿s Air Dominance Department with the engineering, technical and computer programming services required to support the development, production, delivery and maintenance of the Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) materials and documents.
In addition to contractor facilities in Chesapeake, VA, and Camarillo, CA, these support services will be performed at various naval shore sites, shipyards, and aboard ships in ports for the U.S., Allied Nations, and Foreign Military Sales customers.
