Washington - Jan 19, 2004 XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. has announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 18,000,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock, including the offering of 7,000,000 shares by the Company representing new financing, and 11,000,000 shares by certain selling shareholders.
