New York NY (SPX) Mar 21, 2006 L-3 Communications has announced that its Henschel subsidiary received a $7.6 million base contract, including four option years valued at $30 million, from the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command. L-3 Henschel will provide Data Acquisition Units (DAU) for four ships, a Land Based Emulation System (LBES) and a Great Lakes Training System, along with engineering services, provisioning and spare parts, in support of the CG-47 Ticonderoga Class Cruiser Integrated Ship Controls (ISC) Program.
